Perkin Elmer IVIS Spectrum
IVIS Spectrum optical whole animal imaging system is a high-sensitivity in vivo imaging system for fluorescence and bioluminescence. Equipment providing high throughput (5 mice) with 23 cm field of view and high resolution (to 20 microns) with 3.9 cm field of view, twenty eight high efficiency filters spanning 430 - 850 nm, supports spectral unmixing applications and 3D diffuse tomographic reconstruction for both fluorescence and bioluminescence.
Available at the Center for Molecular Imaging, University of Torino.
Visualsonics VEVO 2100
This US imaging system is equipped with different transducers operating from 21 MHz to 50 MHz, with maximum spatial resolution of 30 microns and maximum frame rate of f740 fps. Color and Power Doppler modes available. 3D-mode Imaging and Volume analysis. Non-linear contrast imaging.
Available at the Center for Molecular Imaging, University of Torino.
Visualsonics VEVO LAZR 2100
The Vevo LAZR system is a versatile multi-modality imaging platform based on the Vevo 2100 which combines high resolution anatomical visualization with functional data such as oxygen saturation, hemodynamics and biomarker microdistribution. This fast, non-invasive, real-time modality is perfect for small animal imaging where pathologies and response to treatment can be monitored longitudinally for more robust, publishable data.
The system features: (i) High-frequency ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging capabilities, (ii) Dedicated LZ-series transducers with integrated light delivery, (iii) Tools for in vitro and in vivo contrast agent characterization, (iv) Visualization and quantification of volumes, blood flow and perfusion, oxygen saturation and molecular data.
Available at the Centre for Pre-Clinical Imaging of the University of Torino, Bioindustry Park S. Fumero, Colleretto Giacosa (Torino).
